How much does website maintenance cost?
Maintenance plans start at €49 a month (excl. VAT). You get an exact price after the free audit — fixed, with no hidden costs.
Do you maintain websites and apps you didn’t build?
Yes, that’s a big part of what we do. We start with a technical review, document the current state and fix urgent issues, then take over regular maintenance.
What does the free audit include?
A review of speed, security, SEO basics, software versions and backups. Within 48 hours you get a report with the issues we found and their priority — no strings attached.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Maintenance plans are monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Paying yearly is optional and gets you two months free.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Depending on your plan, from one business day down to one hour, and Pro clients get 24/7 emergency support. Thanks to monitoring, we usually know about issues before you do.
Who owns the code, domain and credentials?
You do. All code, documentation and access remain yours. If you ever decide to switch partners, we hand everything over properly.
